Shipping policy
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Zeeoma will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Zeeoma does not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or during holidays. The following holidays include:

• Presidents Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• July 5th - the day after Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or stolen.
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at support@Zeeomaluxury.com as soon as possible. We can change the address if the package has not left our facility. We are unable to reroute a package once it has shipped.
Zeeoma is not able to offer shipping to PO BOXES, APOS and FPOS.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Zeeoma offers free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will need to be placed with expedited shipping.
For expedited delivery options, we provide FedEx 2-Day for $25 and FedEx Overnight for $45 Please note that all orders, including those with expedited shipping, require 1-2 business days for processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled.
We are unable to accommodate shipments to PO Boxes or any FPO/APO addresses.
